1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

  • The product is in unused, original condition, and returned within 2 days of delivery.

  • Perishable items like fruits, vegetables, or dairy products can be returned at the time of delivery only if there is an issue.

To initiate a return:
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos of the issue (if applicable).


2. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and verified, we will:

  • Refund the amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or

  • Offer a replacement product or store credit, based on your preference.

Note:
Refunds are not applicable for items returned without a valid reason or after the return window.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Perishable goods after delivery time has passed (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.)


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is packed or dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return as per the above policy.
